  • JUNE 3  Monday – 9am-4pm  PAPER PIECING  $50 for class includes a small kit with fabrics to learn your paper piecing techniques… Karen will teach you how to make simple, clean and fun blocks that you can make a quilt, a pillow, or even a quilt using this technique… DON’T LET PEOPLE SCARE YOU ON PAPER PIECING.  Karen will take you through on YOUR PACE so you will understand the concept and techniques to doing a great block Paper Piecing style.  Please bring: sewing machine, you will need clips/pins, add-a-quarter ruler, rotary cutter and natural thread for your machine.  Make sure your sewing machine has foot pedal and cords.

  • December 10th  – Tuesday,  Block of the Month. For the Beginners and already quilter’s…  $25 fee… Supplies separate…  *every month for 12 months…  to completion of quilt!!! Description: this CLASS is teaching you different techniques to complete 1 block for each month. ( *If you are just starting this Block of the Month… we will catch you up at your convenience.)   You need: Thread to seam to match your fabric… Sewing machine is required… In December… we will have a FREE class to complete your top!  All twelve blocks will be sewn, with or without sashings or borders… When you have finished sewing your blocks together.. we will help you bind your quilt.  Anyone who has not completed in one class… Gets a la mode classes!!! So you can come back and finish at your next convenient time to complete.   BEFORE CHRISTMAS!
